Some of the richest men in the world (Carlos Slim and Richard Branson) let their employees work for 3 days. Do not be fooled, these employees make in one day 11 hours or so. In their opinion and some studies have shown that it works better in the long-term for the employees.
Why work your ass off for 7 days a week working 9 hours a day? It is crazy and destructive according to these men. Look, it is obviously not for everyone. But if you think about it, it makes sense. In my opinion the philosophy behind it is that you create or develop a sort of entrepreneurial spirit/mindset.
