It’s weird but it is the truth. Since the enhancement of the front camera, that was around late 2012, early 2013, the selfie exploded and people caught on to it. Is it a bad thing, no, why would it be. Having a picture with someone you admire is great.
Things just change. I rather have a photo taken with the person I admire then an autograph, it is less personal. At some point or you wanna brag about it or just share the good news with friends and amass likes on Instagram and Facebook.
