The name is Winston Churchill, he foresaw the big murderer that was Adolf Hitler at that time while very few would listen to him😔 😞 . He also introduced during war-time a very useful management style; management by walking around (mbwa). Which made a lot of processes more efficient and eventually made Britain force to be reckoned with.
But he wasn’t successful from the beginning 😯 , no, Churchill was a disaster in his early days. He did a lot wrong when he was middle management in a government organization. His success came when there was decidedness needed during the second world war and when was he the prime minister. He obviously learned from his early years and he flourished enormously. He made quick and firm decisions, not just talk but good execution (his applied mbwa style in the military).
He wrote a lot and made a lot happen and that is probably why his biography is the biggest in history, some claim that it consists out of 24 volumes.
