This is the sweet spot of Uber

What do you really know about Uber? Do you know their philosophy? Because it is going to change entire industries.

According to Travis Kalanick (CEO and cofounder of Uber) Uber is the cross between lifestyle and logistics. This is an insanely broad perspective. Basically it is the lifestyle (give me what I want and give to me now) with logistics behind it. To make it even better. Uber is planning to give you anything (food, taxi, flower, whatever you want in the future) within 5 minutes. As a logistics competitor I would be terrified. Why, because when Uber pulls this off you can order anything through their system and get it within 5 minutes that’s insanely fast.

So most of us know Uber as a taxi service but it is far beyond that. It your daily lifestyle combined with logistics. You push the button on the app and you get your valentine flowers delivered within 5 minutes from your local flower shop. That is mind-blowing to me and like I said in a previous blog post time-saving. Then again, it is all about the execution
